Returns & Policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

Items will need to be returned to us with 14 days (Australian orders)  to receive a refund or exchange. (Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer unless the item is faulty). We do not offer a refund on change of mind. Sale items are final therefore we do not offer refunds or exchange so please choose carefully.

In order to receive a refund or exchange on your purchase the item must:-

  • Be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • No smell of ladies perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges/returns on sale items.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically be returned to the customer. 14th Street Clothing staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Returned items are processed within 3 business days from us receiving your item/s. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund or your exchange will be sent out to you.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have the same style/different size in stock to exchange. If this is the case we will notify to inform you of this and ask if you would like to pick another item or have your money refunded to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

In the instance a faulty item is received, we will offer our customer a refund on return postage and once we receive the item, we offer our customers a refund or replacement item if we have one in stock.
